For groups of up to 40, additional estate accommodation can be included.

FOOD AND EVENINGS

Meals are an important part of a residential offsite. Our catering is led by award-winning chef Felice Tocchini, with menus planned around your programme.

Working lunches can be kept simple, while dinner gives the team time to sit down together at the end of the day. Breakfast is served before the next working session begins.

For groups who want something more active, Felice can also run a Hell’s Kitchen-style cooking competition in the Saw Mill — competing teams, a chaotic brief, genuinely terrible results and a great deal of laughter. It has become one of the most talked-about parts of a stay.

Drinks can be arranged to suit the group, from wine with dinner to a working bar for the evening.

Past groups include teams from Saatchi and Saatchi, Heineken, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Indra Technology, ThinkBox and

the Centre for Effective Altruism.

  • "We had a totally brilliant stay - it's a gorgeous house in a lovely setting. Perfect for large groups who want to spend time together, dine together, but still have their own space when they need. Will come back for sure!"

  • "Linda and James made our event at Barton Court incredibly smooth and successful. From the moment we arrived everything was perfectly organised."
