DAY MEETINGS

Bring your team away from the office for a day to think, plan and work together.

Barton Court works for small leadership teams as well as larger company meetings, with private working spaces, catering and the grounds available throughout the day.

two ways to meet

LEADERSHIP STRATEGY DAY

For leadership teams of up to 14 who need a private space to think, plan and make decisions together.

From £1,250 + VAT for up to eight people

Includes private use of the Engine Room, arrival refreshments, lunch, afternoon refreshments, screen and HDMI, superfast Wi-Fi, parking and Barton Court hospitality support.

LARGER DAY MEETINGS

For company meetings, training days and workshops of 20 people or more, using the Dutch Barn and Saw Mill.

From £95 + VAT per person, minimum 20 people

Includes both barns, arrival refreshments, lunch, afternoon refreshments, Wi-Fi, AV, parking and Barton Court hospitality support.

Rooms are agreed in advance, according to the size of the group and the shape of the day. Depending on the booking, this can include exclusive use of the relevant parts of the estate.

Catering is provided on site and built around your timetable rather than a fixed service window.

The spaces

The Dutch Barn is the largest space — 128 square metres, seating up to 90 for dinner, 100 to 120 theatre-style, 50 to 60 classroom-style or 30 to 40 boardroom-style. Good ceiling height, clear floor space and practical access for setting up.

The Saw Mill is 88 square metres, seating 45 to 55 for dining, 70 to 80 theatre-style or 20 to 26 boardroom-style. It works well as a breakout room alongside the Dutch Barn, or on its own for a smaller group.

The Manor House offers a more formal setting. The drawing room, dining room and library suit board discussions, smaller sessions and hosted dining, in rooms that have kept their proportion and character.

The barns and the house can be used together, so a day can move between formal rooms and open working space as the programme requires.

The grounds. Seven acres of grounds, with lawns, garden rooms and orchard, give somewhere to go between sessions — for informal discussion, breakout groups or simply time away from the table.
