an historic private estate for retreats, meetings and events
A private setting for leadership teams, company meetings and residential gatherings, on the western slopes of the Malvern Hills
HOW THE ESTATE WORKS FOR YOU
Barton Court sits where the three counties of Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire meet - a collection of renovated estate buildings clustered around a Georgian manor house.
In private ownership for over a century, it has been restored and is now available to host residential offsites, strategy days, retreats, workshops and private events.
The setting offers seclusion, peace and beauty while remaining easy to reach by road and rail. The renovation has kept the character of the buildings while adding the amenities that professional groups need.
Privacy
Residential groups have private use of their accommodation and agreed working spaces for the duration of their stay, so the team can work without interruption from other guests.
Whole-estate exclusive use can also be arranged for larger groups or where the programme requires it.
Structure
We discuss your requirements and timetable well in advance so that everything is prepared and in place before you arrive. Rooms, catering and timings are organised by us, which means organisers can concentrate on the work rather than the logistics.
Environment
Taking a team away from its usual surroundings creates a clear break from the working day. There is space to work together, step outside between sessions and continue conversations away from the meeting table.
Barton Court sits behind high walls and hedges, in a contained location with wide views over the surrounding countryside. The setting is itself a positive factor in any gathering. With comfortable accommodation and flexible spaces alongside it, this is a place to focus.
