A private Georgian estate, yours for the day or the stay.

These rates are a guide to help you plan. Every booking is exclusive-use and built around what you are doing, so we send a full quote once we know your dates and numbers.

All rates exclude VAT.

Exclusive use of the estate

The house, both barns and the grounds, with no other guests on site.

From £3,500 per night for up to 26 guests
From £4,400 per night for up to 40 guests

Rates reduce on stays of three nights or more. Quoted as a single inclusive figure covering accommodation, working spaces and catering.

Day meetings

Meeting space, arrival refreshments, a working lunch, and tea and coffee throughout.

From £75 per person, minimum 20 guests

Barn hire

The Saw Mill or the Dutch Barn, laid out to suit your day.

Workshop or meeting, full day — from £350 for one barn, from £600 for both

Events, parties, celebrations and conferences, full day — from £650 for one barn, from £950 for both

Evening hire — from £300 for one barn, from £500 for both

Underfloor heating throughout the barn complex, superfast WiFi, free parking and two EV charging points.

We can set up a working bar by arrangement.

Catering

Led by award-winning chef Felice Tocchini.

£95 per person per day — breakfast and dinner

£30 per person — lunch

£125 per person per day — full boar

Dietary requirements handled as standard.

Filming and photography

Locations across the house, barns and grounds, including a bridge, two ponds and a meadow.

From £900 per day — photography and stills, units up to 10

Film, television and commercial productions are quoted individually.

Preparation and strike days at 50% of the agreed rate. Recces at no charge.
