Each booking is built around your team, your timetable and the spaces you need. We send one clear quotation confirming your accommodation, meeting spaces, catering and any complete estate privacy.

Manor House accommodation prices include VAT. Day meetings, barn hire, catering and filming prices below exclude VAT.

MANOR HOUSE ACCOMMODATION — 2027

The Manor House sleeps up to 26 in 11 bedrooms, with private use of the house and its two acres of gardens.

Two-night midweek stay — from £3,695
Three-night midweek stay — from £4,595
Four-night midweek stay, Monday–Friday — from £5,495
Two-night weekend, Friday–Sunday — from £4,495
Three-night weekend, Friday–Monday — from £5,495
Seven-night stay — from £8,995

These are whole-stay accommodation prices, including VAT, for the low season. Prices vary by season; bank holidays, Christmas and New Year have their own packages. No Sunday arrivals. Saturday arrivals may occasionally be agreed in advance.

Add the Coach House for six more guests, bringing the total to 32. Barn hire, catering and complete estate privacy are available as additions, subject to availability. Other estate cottages may have guests unless complete estate privacy is included in your quotation. Accommodation across all five properties sleeps up to 40.

DAY MEETINGS

Leadership Strategy Days

For leadership teams who need a private space to work through plans, priorities and decisions.

From £1,250 + VAT for up to eight people

Includes private use of the Engine Room, arrival refreshments, lunch, afternoon refreshments, Wi-Fi, AV, parking and Barton Court hospitality support.

Larger Day Meetings

For groups of 20 or more, using both the Dutch Barn and Saw Mill.

From £95 + VAT per person, minimum 20 people

Includes both barns, arrival refreshments, lunch, afternoon refreshments, Wi-Fi, AV, parking and Barton Court hospitality support.

Barn hire

The Saw Mill or the Dutch Barn, laid out to suit your day. For catered corporate day meetings, see the inclusive Day Meeting rates above.

Workshop or meeting, full day — from £350 for one barn, from £600 for both

Events, parties, celebrations and conferences, full day — from £650 for one barn, from £950 for both

Evening hire — from £300 for one barn, from £500 for both

Underfloor heating throughout the barn complex, superfast WiFi, free parking and two EV charging points.

We can set up a working bar by arrangement.

Catering

£95 per person per day — breakfast and dinner

£30 per person — lunch

£125 per person per day — full board

Dietary requirements handled as standard.

Filming and photography

Locations across the house, barns and grounds, including a bridge, two ponds and a meadow.

From £900 per day — photography and stills, units up to 10

Film, television and commercial productions are quoted individually.

Preparation and strike days at 50% of the agreed rate. Recces at no charge.
