The Main Living Areas

The Drawing Room

The drawing room is where everyone naturally comes together. Spacious, sunny and south-facing, its tall windows look out over the gardens and bridge, flooding the room with light throughout the day.

The generous, comfortable seating is arranged for easy conversation meaning there’s space for everyone to relax without feeling crowded - whether gathering for drinks, spending time together, or simply settling in and unwinding.

Elegant yet welcoming, it’s a room designed for shared moments and unhurried time.

The Library

The library offers a quieter retreat within the house - a place for guests to settle in and relax in their own way.

Lined with shelves of vintage books and original Penguin paperbacks, it has a comfortable, informal feel, with cosy seating and a television for easy evenings.

Whether relaxing over a drink, enjoying a quiet conversation, or simply unwinding, the library provides a welcoming space.

Sink into the sofas and put your feet up.

The Dining Room

The dining room brings everyone together with ease. Generous in scale and flexible in layout, it comfortably seats from 2 to 34.

Whether you’re hosting an unhurried breakfast, a relaxed family meal or a celebratory supper the room adapts beautifully, allowing everyone to dine together without the formality of a fixed setup.

The dining room offers a setting that turns shared meals into memorable occasions.

Linger over candlelit dinners and savour time with good friends and good food.

The Kitchen

The kitchen is designed to make cooking feel easy and enjoyable.

Spacious and sociable, it gives you room to move, prep and chat at the same time, so meals become part of the experience rather than a chore.

There’s plenty of worktop space and a natural flow between areas and it works just as well for shared breakfasts, relaxed lunches or preparing something special together.

It’s a kitchen that is always at the heart of the house and the heart of your stay.

The Breakfast Room

At one end of the kitchen, the breakfast area offers a bright, uplifting place to start the day.

The full-height windows display views over the gardens, ponds and the Malvern Hills.

Mornings unfold here naturally: whether you’re gathering early over coffee or drifting in more slowly. Watching the sun rising over the Malverns is a magical sight to savour.

Start the day relaxed, without pressure, ease into plans and enjoy being immersed in nature.

  • Thoroughly recommend a stay at Barton Court! We got married nearby, and had 27 guests stay at the 4 accommodation options at Barton Court for our wedding weekend. The house and location are beautiful, and the people are very nice to deal with. Our guests were very happy. Definitely check it out if you need accommodation in the area.
